Getting your Furniture Home Free Pick up

You may pick up your purchased item(s) at our Distribution Center. Items will remain in the factory packaging and may require assembly. We will help load the items to your vehicle, but we are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle or to the item(s) transported. Please bring appropriate material to secure your items.

Store to Door Delivery

Sometimes all you need is someone to safely delivery your furniture or mattress purchase to your door. Our delivery team will bring your item(s) to your front door. Items will remain in the factory packaging and may require assembly. Store to Door is only available Tuesday through Friday. The day before your delivery is scheduled, you will receive a 3-hour delivery window. Delivery confirmation is required before delivery is attempted. Someone 18 years or older must be present at the time of delivery. Rescheduling a delivery less than 48 hours will incur a $49.99 rescheduling fee. Accessories, showroom samples, and as-Is/clearance merchandise items are not eligible for this service. Delivery does not include removal or rearranging of existing items. Transportation is the customer's responsibility for returns. Returns must be in "like new condition". Restocking charges may apply. If items are damaged, our Customer Service Department will schedule a factory-trained Service Technician to come to your home to resolve any issues, often restoring it to better than the factory standards. Premium White Glove Delivery

Our Premium White Glove Delivery option provides you the best delivery experience, ensuring your furniture is setup in your room of choice, fully assembled, all trash removed and is hassle free. Deliveries are made Tuesday through Saturday. Our delivery trucks are routed to ensure maximum efficiency, therefore specific delivery time requests cannot be accepted. Actual delivery time may vary based on traffic and weather conditions. The day before your delivery is scheduled, you will receive a 3-hour delivery window. Delivery confirmation is required before the delivery is attempted. Someone 18 years or older must be present at the time of delivery. Rescheduling a delivery less than 48 hours will incur a $49.99 rescheduling fee. Delivery does not include removal or rearranging of existing items. If your items do not fit, send them back on the delivery truck. You will receive a store credit minus the original delivery fee. We strive for a perfect delivery each stop, unfortunately when handling large and/or bulky items mistakes can occur. Your signature on the delivery receipt acknowledges that you have received and inspected your merchandise and they were delivered in acceptable condition. Items that are not in acceptable conditions should be refused and sent back o the delivery truck, or if you are accepting the item, our Customer Service Department will schedule a factory-trained service technician to come to your home and resolve any issues, often restoring it to better than the factory standards.

Returns Policy Returns & Refunds

A receipt and return authorizations are required for all returns, exchanges, and refunds. As-Is Sales, Adjustable Bases, Mattress Protectors, Pillows, Foundations, and Platinum Protection Plans are not returnable. Delivery is a service and the fees are non-refundable. A new delivery fee will be applied to all reselections and returns. Refunds of purchases paid by cash or check will be refunded by check. Checks will be issued up to 15 business days from cancellation date. Purchases paid by credit card will be refunded back to the credit card charged. Financed purchases are refunded to the financing company.

Changed Your Mind

You may return your merchandise for any reason if reported within 1 day of receipt and returned within 3 days in new condition. A 15% Restocking Free will apply to regular in stock merchandise, Special Order items will result in loss of the 30% deposit, plus all applicable pick-up and delivery charges. Clearance Items are not eligible for return.

120 Day Mattress Comfort Guarantee

We want you to have the best nights of sleep possible. Our 120 Day Comfort Guarantee is available to customer who purchase both a mattress protector and properly fitted pillow along with a Mattress $799 or more. As-Is Mattresses are not eligible for the comfort guarantee. Since your body takes time to adjust to a new mattress, you must sleep on your new mattress for 30 days before a one-time reselection is available. You have after the 30th day to the 120th day to decide if the Mattress is right for you. Reselections must be for equal or greater value. A $149 processing fee will apply to all comfort guarantee reselections.

Terms and Conditions Merchandise

Displayed in the showroom represents the fit, finish, tailoring and quality of the merchandise you will receive. Materials such as leather, stone, glass, and wood products are defined by distinct markings and natural characteristics and are not imperfections. These natural characteristics add to the beauty and do not mar the function, durability or longevity of the piece.

Exclusions

The discount applied using our promotional coupon code(s) are not applicable to Clearance items, or the following brands: Ekornes, Tempur-pedic, Sealy, Serta I-Comfort, Serta I-Comfort Hybrid, Stearns & Foster, Nectar, Bedgear, Beauty Rest Black, or Ashley-Sleep.

Special Orders

Special orders are item(s) that are not considered as our regular stock and are custom made by the customer's request. These items require a 30% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations more than 72 hours after purchase will result in loss of the 30% deposit. Special order merchandise is labeled on your sales receipt. All special ordered items must be scheduled for delivery or pick-up within 14 days of arrival at our warehouse.

Platinum Protection Plan

If you have elected to purchase our Platinum Protection Plan, please review the Platinum Protection pamphlet or view on our website to fully understand the limitations and exclusions. Only instances specifically listed as covered are subject to coverage. It is the customer's responsibility to provide proper care and cleaning. The Platinum Protection Plan is not a general cleaning or maintenance agreement.
