- FOR THE BEST SERVICE please be available all day.
- TO HELP YOU PLAN YOUR DAY:
- Three days prior to delivery, you will receive a "Delivery Reminder" confirming the delivery date, your address & contact information.
- One day prior to delivery, you will receive either a text, email or phone call with your "3-Hour Delivery Window". You are required to confirm. Note: to provide great service to all of our customers Delivery Time windows cannot be changed.
- We will provide a "Delivery Tracking Link" so you can track our drivers.
- The Delivery Team will "call-ahead" when they are on their way.
- PLEASE CLEAR ALL DELIVERY PATHWAYS such as driveways, walkways, hallways, etc.
- WE CANNOT REMOVE OR REARRANGE existing furniture or electronics.
- INSPECT YOUR FURNITURE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY If you notice any damaged items, please contact Customer Service within 3 days at 814-868-7140.
Did your plans change?
Reschedule your delivery. If your delivery date needs to be changed, please contact customer service (814-868-7140) 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date; to avoid a 15% restocking charge.
Need Same Day/Next Day?
EASY COMMUNICATION. If you are expecting a same day or next day delivery, our drivers will contact you when they are on their way to the delivery location.
PICKUP LOCATION. Feel free to contact us to make sure that your item(s) have arrived before making the trip to pick up. Most items will require some assembly.
BE RESPONSIBLE. We will help load your item(s) into your vehicle. However, it is your responsibility to tie down and secure your merchandise. Please bring all materials that may be needed (straps, ropes, plastic, blankets, etc). Unfortunately, in the case where the item does not fit inside an enclosed vehicle, we will not be able to assist you in loading.
Furniture Protection Plan
NATURAL BEAUTY. Your sales associate has explained to you the manufacturer's warranty. Your sales associate has explained to you the natural characteristics of your purchase. Item(s) color and finish has been verified by your sales associate.
PROTECTING YOUR INVESTMENT. If you purchased a Furniture Protection Plan, please note that should an incident occcur, you must file a claim immediately. Your claim will be denied if reported five days after the accident. Please reference your Platium Protection Plan brochure for any exclusions.
