Low Price Guarantee
Making a difference. Stylish furniture at a great price is our priority. If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item in our local delivery are or designated major online retailer (including delivery charges) within 30 days of your purchase date, we will refund the differance, plus an additional 10% of the difference. Excludes custom orders, floor samples, and sales tax. If we offer a lower price on the identical item up to 90 days after the purchase, we will refund the difference. This excludes offers that include bonus or free items, special financing, rebates, or low quantity items.
Isn't what you thought it would be?A one-time furniture re-selection for equal or greater value must be reported within three days of pickup or delivery. The merchandise must then be returned within five days in new condition. A 15% restocking fee will be charged to process the return, along with a return delivery fee. Delivery is a service and your original delivery fee is non-refundable. As-is items are non-returnable. Furniture protection plans are non-refundable.
Change of heart. After 72 hours, cancellations for custom made furniture are subject to a loss of the 30% deposit. Custom orders may be returned for a one-time re-selection for equal or greater value following the same guidlines set out under the "Furniture Re-Selection Policy." However, a 30% return will apply, as well as a return delivery fee.
Let's get comfortable. If you purchase a new sleep set (minimum $599), along with a mattress protector and pillow, you qualify for our Bedding Comfort Program. If after (a minimum of) 30 days you are unable to comfortably adjust to the support of your new mattress, you have up to 120 days after delivery to make a one-time re-selection. Mattress re-selection must be of equal or greater value. No refund or store credit will be issued. If new mattress is of greater value, the difference must be paid at the time of purchase. A $149 processing fee will apply to any comfort return. Re-selections before the 30 day period will be charged an additional 15% early exchange fee, and a delivery fee. Linens, mattress protectors, pillows, adjustable bases, and foundations are non-returnable. John V Schultz is unable to warranty or exchange a mattress that is stained or un-sanitary.
Thinking ahead. You may receive a full refund if you cancel your purchase at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery. If you purchased using a credit card, debit card, or by consumer financing, your account will be credited. If you purchased using cash or a check, you will receive a refund check which will be mailed to you within 10 business days.
