How to work with your decorator

Schedule the house call appointment with your decorator:
- in-home consultation
- measuring of space and existing pieces
- review of budget
- take photos if needed
The decorator is your contact person and all follow-up appointments must be scheduled with your decorator. All purchases need to be made through your decorator.
Additional consulting on the raw materials (paint, flooring, carpentry, etc.) should be by appointment with your decorator.
The presentation purchase appointment will be at the store for review of floorplans, furniture, and accent selections. The order will be placed at the store.
Post-Delivery Appointment
- Ensuring correct floor placement plan
- Additional accent recommendations and placement
There is a minimum 50% deposit required on all special orders at the time of order.
